His career and professional experience covers – Organisational Development Consulting, Public Sector Development and Capacity Building Consulting, Organizational and Personal Development Training, Lotteries Management, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Audit, Investigation, Financial and Management Consulting. He, at various times worked for Coopers & Lybrand, Mobil Oil Plc, Addax Petroleum, Intercellular Nigeria Limited, Globacom Ltd, Lotto Nigeria and HR Indexx Limited. He has also variedly consulted for numerous consulting firms and in particular World Bank and DFID.

Between 2007 and 2012, Olumide was engaged as Capacity Building Consultant by World Bank to supervise a capacity building intervention for Lagos State Government of Nigeria.
A highly sought-after compere and conference speaker, he has featured as keynote speaker in conferences, workshops and retreats of professional bodies, public sector and leading blue-chip organisations.
He is currently Master Trainer for Great Place to Work Inc and has successfully led and run its franchised training programmes in Nigeria. No fewer than 3,000 mangers, since 2012, have benefitted from his immense experience in understanding workplace best practices.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development
